Job Description

We are looking for a bright and energetic Managing Director to help lead the company into the next phase of our transition. You will have an understanding of company management, finances, organisation and stake/shareholder communication. 

A track record of overseeing operational changes, leading new initiatives, maximising company performance, and driving strategic growth is key to the success of this role.

Minimum of 5 years of senior management / sales role is essential.


Responsibilities

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of developing and retaining high performance teams and managing businesses.
  • Strong commercial background in SMEs.
  • Business development: lead from the front in acquiring new business, developing and executing strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expanding client database, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • P&L management: candidates will need a track record in owning and delivering company financial targets reporting to group management.
  • Manage global sales teams to drive e-commerce operations, marketing, vendor relationships, logistics, warehousing, and fulfilment.
  • Proven experience in improving operational efficiencies and profitability.
  • Analyse financial data, forecast sales, optimise pricing, and advertising strategies.

 

Requirements

Leadership to improve processes, retain team, and client satisfaction.

  • Proven experience in financial restructuring and global sales team management.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Spreadsheets/Excel.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience in driving business growth and executing strategic plans.
  • Fluency i English, both verbal and written.
