Full Job Description

You will be passionate about delivering an impact that matters to our Public Sector clients by delivering solutions which provide the right information, at the right time to run their businesses. You will innovate, ideate and then sell and deliver Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) & Analytics transformation projects that are tailor made, business led and technology enabled across geographic and organisational boundaries. You will be responsible to read the market, identify opportunities and work collaboratively to drive growth, leading the team in creating and converting pipeline, owning and nurturing the relationships with Oracle Sales team and clients. You will be responsible for:

  • Be a market maker and create a pipeline of Public Sector Oracle EPM & Analytics programmes, by leading development of propositions, Go To Market strategy and market making initiatives
  • Lead the sale of Public Sector Oracle EPM & Analytics programmes, by working externally (Clients) and internally (Deloitte Account Teams) to develop your own sales pipeline and meet business targets
  • Have and maintain relationships with senior individuals in Public Sector organisations
  • Have and maintain relationships with Oracle Public Sector Key Account Directors (KADs) and Account Sales Representatives (ASRs)
  • Leading the delivery of large complex Oracle EPM & Analytics transformation programs from start to finish, minimising risk and maximising profitability
  • Developing talent through mentoring, coaching and knowledge & experience sharing
  • Managing and nurturing diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution

  • Demonstrable experience in Go to Market initiatives, from ideation to execution
  • Demonstrable experience in owning and nurturing client relationships in Public Sector
  • Demonstrable fellowship from team members
  • Demonstrable experience in selling EPM & Analytics transformation projects with sales of over £2.0m per year
  • Experience of leading EPM & Analytics transformation projects with fees greater than £2.0m
  • Extensive knowledge of EPM processes including consolidation and close, planning, budgeting and forecasting, management reporting and Analytics
  • Extensive experience of working in the Public Sector
  • Extensive experience in Oracle EPM & Analytics
  • Security Clearance, to be able to support activities in Public Sector
  • Desirable:
  • Qualified/Part-Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent
  • Experience of delivering solution using offshore and/or near-shore teams
  • Portfolio of Client relationships
