We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our EMEA Marketing team as a Marketing Campaign Specialist at Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. You will be an integral part of the EMEA Life Sciences marketing team. Your main responsibility will be collaborating with our market development teams to deliver tactical marketing activities as part of strategic marketing campaigns. By participating in discussions about customer journeys, creative development, messaging, brand compliance, production processes, and channel selection, you will help deliver key marketing projects and campaigns in the EMEA region. Your role will involve measuring campaign effectiveness and return on investment to ensure maximum impact.,

  • Be the marketing operations partner for assigned projects, working closely with Regional Market Development Managers
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal customers in a timely manner
  • Contribute to campaign planning discussions and support project plans, timelines, content, and formats
  • Lead and coordinate the delivery of marketing projects in the EMEA region, engaging with internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with the RMDs and Data Management to identify the most suitable target market for campaigns/projects
  • Ensure brand and legal compliance in all campaigns, communicating guidelines and requirements to others
  • Write clear, concise briefs, manage external vendors, and ensure best value for assigned projects
  • Coordinate the procurement of 3rd party media, print, promotional giveaways, and translations
  • Implement tracking for all promotions and activities to measure marketing project performance
  • Provide regular updates to internal clients and keep them informed of campaign status

  • Skilled in effectively strategizing and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels
  • Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Capable of using data to measure campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Skilled in shaping campaign messaging and producing content for diverse customer groups
  • Skilled in effectively managing relationships and comprehending goals to ensure the successful execution of campaigns.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent professional experience, highlighting a strong understanding of marketing principles and practices
  • Strong attention to detail and creative eye
  • Experience in similar marketing roles
  • As this position covers the EMEA region, strong communication skills and the ability to work with people from various cultures are essential.
