Hays are pleased to be supporting one of our key clients within the Perthshire area who are locally and nationally recognised for being market leaders within their industry. The existing finance team are looking for an immediately available finance professional who will be happy to support in their temporary requirement to support in managing daily Accounts Payable tasks including high volume purchase ledger invoice processing.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be a key point of contact for the finance team and wider business in managing daily and weekly tasks associated with the Accounts Payable processes. This will include raising and matching purchase order numbers, processing purchase ledger invoices, managing accounts reconciliations and supporting with any queries from internal and external stakeholders alike.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be a dedicated finance professional who is interested in securing a longer term temporary assignment, working closely with the wider finance team and comfortable dealing with high volume tasks relating to Accounts Payable. This role will suit someone within the local Perthshire area who is happy to work collaboratively in an office environment.
