- Lead workstreams within large-scale planning transformation programmes, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with clients to understand business processes, supply chain challenges and specific requirements
- Develop strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and understanding their unique business needs
- Support pre-sales conversations, leveraging your expertise to shape the vision for clients' supply chain planning transformations
- Lead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development.
Ideally, you possess a genuine passion for Supply Chain planning, underpinned by solid knowledge and experience in the field. This could be in demand planning, supply planning, production scheduling, S&OP, IBP, or a related area, and most critically, you have first-hand experience implementing or working with Advanced Planning Solutions., Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts including working knowledge of implementing and / or using Advanced Planning Systems (APS) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a supply chain context
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and concisely
- Highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire for personal and professional development Desirable
- Demonstrable experience in developing and supporting business opportunities
- Previous experience in providing professional services to external clients / Consulting industry
