Full Job Description
As a Senior Manager within our Controls Advisory practice you will oversee a variety of Technology risk and controls work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries. We are looking for a leader to support in the development of our Trustworthy AI Risk and Control capability. You will support in delivery of clients' AI Governance, risk and controls projects across different engagement teams, working across all parts of the business to assess the risk around AI systems. You will demonstrate and develop your capabilities in the following areas:
- Apply problem solving and critical thinking to AI Risk and Control challenges.
- Assess the risks associated with AI systems and use cases.
- Assess and design AI governance models.
- Assess the effectiveness of AI controls.
- Design and implement AI controls.
- Evaluate the readiness of control frameworks to comply with regulatory obligations and align to industry standards.
- Communicate engagement issues and findings to senior management and client personnel.
- Contribution to a strong client relationship through interactions with client personnel, ensuring quality in delivering of client service.
- Working effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution.
- Support the development of our AI risk capability and contribute to business development and market eminence activities.

- Strong understanding of AI risk domains
- Strong understanding of AI regulatory environment
- Strong understanding of AI controls & guardrails
- Strong understanding of AI governance
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capacity to work effectively within a team
- Understands expectations and demonstrates personal accountability for keeping performance on track
- Actively focuses on developing effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Understands how their daily work contributes to the priorities of the team and the business
- Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security, Accounting / Auditing / Finance / Economics / Business Administration and a Postgraduate Qualification in a relevant area. Other academic background with quantitative skills and relevant experience will also be considered as a strong asset
- Excellent oral and written communication skills including in English (Proficiency)
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanour Desirables The following will be considered an asset:
- Professional certification such as CISA, AIGP, CISSP, CRISC, CIPM, CISM, ISO Certifications, ITIL
- Experience of AI risk domains, including AI ethics
- Working knowledge of GenAI infrastructure and common foundational models
- Working knowledge of technologies and platforms including Operating Systems, Databases, Network Infrastructure and enterprise-wide applications
