Viewing Agent - Part time

FinTech RS are supporting our client, a legal and property firm based in Banchory, to find a Part-time Viewing agent to join their team. This role is 21 hours per week as part of a job share. The ideal candidate will be located close to Banchory or Stonehaven.

Key duties:

·       Undertake viewings for their Property Sales Department

·       Assist with queries where possible on site and communicate with the branch offices on a regular basis

·       Note feedback on the comment sheet

·       Do property checks on vacant properties. This will include taking meter readings and removing mail from the premises and reporting back to the office

·       Erect and remove For Sale signs as and when required

·       Undertake mail runs between branches, as and when required

·       Undertake deliveries to Clients, as and when required

·       The successful applicant may also be asked to undertake minor maintenance work and attend to any other adhoc duty as required

Requirements for this role:

·       Previous experience as a Viewing Agent is desirable but not required

·       You must hold a clean, manual drivers license

·       Strong customer service and communications skills

·       Be able to provide a friendly, professional and helpful manner towards fellow colleagues and clients at all times
