Full Job Description
P&L Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly expanding organisation based in Glasgow City Centre to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a permanent, full-time basis. This role will be fully office based in a collaborative environment in a modern office. This role offers excellent progression and development for the successful candidate.
The main duties:
- Purchase ledger duties
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Sales ledger duties
- Cash allocation
- Reconcile all credit card expenses
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT Returns
- Assist the Finance Manager
The main requirements:
- Previous accounts assistant experience
- Strong IT skills in Excel
- High levels of attention to detail and accuracy
- Team player
- Be able to work in a fast paced environment
