• Salary: EVH Grade 4 £17,474 – 21 hours – (Full-Time Equivalent: £29,124)
• Contract: Permanent
• Hours: 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We have delivered the Care & Repair service on behalf of East Ayrshire Council for the past 22 years, providing essential support to elderly and disabled homeowners, helping them remain safe, independent, and connected within their homes.

The Care & Repair service has ambitious plans to develop a digital inclusion service for our client group and we are now seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate person to expand our small team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting older adults in developing digital skills that enhance their independence, reduce loneliness, and improve their overall quality of life.

Reporting to the Care & Repair Manager, the post-holder will have a flair for customer service coupled with excellent administration skills to promote and support customers with digital literacy at community-led digital skills workshops, group sessions and individual support.
