Full Job Description
Murray Recruitment are recruiting an Accounts & Administration professional for our client based in North Lanarkshire.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Director, this is a varied role covering accounts, purchasing, customer service, and general administrative support within a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage purchase and sales ledger and carry out credit control tasks.
- Process purchase orders and liaise with suppliers for pricing and availability.
- Book in materials and update records accordingly.
- Handle customer service queries and process purchase orders.
- Manage reception duties, including answering calls and handling enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the production team and directors.
Skills & Experience
- Accounts experience is essential, particularly in purchase and sales ledger.
- Proficiency in Sage Line 50 is required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Offering
- Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE.
- Working hours: 39 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 12:30pm.
- 28 days holiday, including Christmas & New Year shutdown.
- Company pension scheme.

- On-site parking.
