Full Job Description
Location: Stirling, FK9 5QD (Fully Office-Based)
Hours: 40 hours per week
Pay Rate: 11.72 per hour
Contract: Temporary, Ongoing
We are looking for an Administrator to join our clients team in Stirling. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced office professional to support their sales and field teams while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and process contract renewals
- Process contract amendments
- Process sales orders for consumables and spare parts
- Update and maintain details on the operating system
- Provide administrative support for sales and field sales teams
- Handle general customer enquiries and provide support
- Direct calls and sales opportunities to the appropriate personnel
- Develop an understanding of our products and services
- General office duties
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong telephone manner with excellent communication skills
- Well-organised with great time management and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients
- Adaptability to changing priorities
- High attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume workloads
