What you'll do:
- Working collaboratively across teams to scan and sort documents through the case management system.
- Collation of documents for fee earners as enclosures for letters.
- Managing and storing deeds and documents in store.
- Becoming an expert by managing payments on behalf of fee earners, including processing of forms and telephone calls to verify bank account details as well as preparation of file notes via case management system.
- Maintaining the register of bank account details for charities.
- Assisting with collating information needed for compliance (AML/TRS etc.)
- Distributing mail and signed documents.
- Utalising Microsoft packages daily such as Word and Excel for client details.
What we’re looking for:
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Salary: £16,500 per annum.
Working week: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, 33.75 hours a week.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
