Full Job Description
HR Admin Support – Temporary Contract (6 Weeks)
Location: Stirling
Hours: Full-Time
Rate: Competitive Hourly Rate
We’re looking for a proactive HR Admin Support professional to join a busy HR team on a short-term basis. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a fast-paced and supportive environment.
What you’ll be doing:

Providing administrative support to the HR team across a range of tasks
-
Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
-
Supporting with onboarding and offboarding processes
-
Assisting with compliance checks and documentation tracking
-
Responding to general HR queries via phone and email
-
Updating internal databases and filing systems
What we’re looking for:
-
Previous experience in an administrative or HR support role but not essential
-
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
-
Strong communication skills and a professional approach
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines
-
Confident with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word, Excel)
