Being an administrator is a very rewarding but also sometimes challenging job, every day is different to the last and there is a lot to learn. The journey starts with booking the initial treatment all the way through to discharge. - Professional telephone manner with excellent administration and customer service skills.
- Grade C or above GCSE English or equivalent
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to use own initiative and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Ability to work well within a team
- An awareness of and commitment to supporting and facilitating diversity and inclusion
- Willingness to travel, which may include overnight stays on occasion, as and when required Desirable:
- NVQ Level 2 Business and Administration
- Previous experience working at a healthcare environment.
- Experience using NHS IT systems including EMIS, AccuRx, eRS, NHS mail.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel"
