Full Job Description
Anderson Knight is recruiting a Temporary Administrator on behalf of a well-established company based in Glasgow.
This position is temporary, working on a 4-week rolling contract which could turn into a permanent position for the right candidate.
The role offers Monday to Friday working hours of 08:30-16:30, along with additional benefits such as onsite parking and dress-down Fridays.
£11.93 p/h.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of administrative processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and update company and client systems, reports, and documentation.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams to support business operations.
• Monitor outstanding purchase orders and ensure timely processing.
• Coordinate staff schedules, including managing holiday leave.
• Generate and distribute progress/status updates as required.
• Process timesheets, expenses, and other financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies.
• Organise and maintain both digital and physical records.
Key Skills & Attributes:
• Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Experience in a service-based environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
