Youll be the voice of calm and reassurance for customers who need a little extra support helping them navigate difficult circumstances with care, professionalism and a listening ear.

What Youll Be Doing
- Taking inbound and outbound calls to support vulnerable customers with tailored guidance
- Listening with empathy, problem-solving with care
- Working closely with your colleagues in the wider collections and customer support team
- Playing a key role in helping people get back on track during a challenging time
