This role would suit an individual with experience working as a Principal Designer, CDM Consultant, or Health & Safety Advisor within the built environment. A relevant qualification, such as NEBOSH Construction, APS Membership, or an equivalent health and safety certification is essential. Candidates who have a background in architecture, engineering or building surveying will be particularly well-suited to this position.
