Full Job Description

Alfa Leisureplex Group has an opportunity for a Kitchen Assistant to join the team at the Croit Anna Hotel, Fort William., As a Kitchen Assistant you will work circa 40 hours per week, including weekends & split shifts with an hourly rate of £12.60, regardless of age!, As a Kitchen Assistant you will primarily be responsible for washing the pots and kitchen equipment and keeping the kitchen clean and tidy whilst working at speed. You will also get the opportunity to assist the chefs in food preparation for service or the following day. This is great opportunity for anyone who is looking to make a difference or for those who are looking for a career in the kitchen.

Experience in a similar role
Ability to work well in a team environment
Ability to work at speed whilst maintaining high standards
Team player and able to build positive working relationships

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of the travel, tourism and hospitality industry and food preparation.
Passion for the industry
