- Cycle to Work Scheme Objective of the Role Reporting to the HOD and Meeting & Events Porters are individuals who make sure that a huge part of this department is kept functioning at all times. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- To offer the highest level of guest service in all Meeting & Events and Food & Beverage areas, ensuring the agreed standards are achieved at all times.
- To work as part of the team, being aware of colleagues and their needs, and being flexible with working hours.
- To promote sales within the department and across the hotel.
- To ensure that the M&E areas have safe working practices and that all spillages etc are tended to without delay.
- To ensure that you have an in-depth knowledge of your departments standard operating procedures, particularly room set ups.
Experience working with customers - An excellent command of the English language
- Excellent organisational skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Be a strong team player
