Full Job Description
Your new company and role
Our client is a large engineering company that requires an additional IT Support Analyst for a short-term contract to cover increased demand. The role will entail the following:
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware equipment issues.
- Perform basic fixes and preventive maintenance.
- Provide desktop support, focusing on operating systems.
- Ensure optimal performance of IT infrastructure.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in IT support, particularly with hardware and OS.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must be available to work on-site 5 days per week.
