Full Job Description
- Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
- Administering and documenting medication
- Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams.
- Emotional support & support with activities
Must hold NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent - Must hold full UK driving license & have access to a vehicle - Be over the age of 18 - At least 6 months experience in a similar setting, You must be 18 and have a full UK driving licence to apply for this role and it is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
