Full Job Description
We're seeking an experienced Procurement Operations Manager to drive procurement strategy, manage supplier relationships, and ensure efficient processes.

The Role
- Lead and develop the procurement team, ensuring best practices.
- Oversee procurement for corporate services and operational projects.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance.
- Manage supplier relationships and optimise procurement strategies.
- Maintain and enhance procurement systems (P2P, CMS).
- Support audits and ensure procurement efficiency.
What You Need
- Strong procurement experience, including team leadership.
- Experience working within engineering/renewables or construction projects.
- Expertise in supplier management and financial oversight.
- Knowledge of procurement systems and processes.
- Degree in procurement, supply chain, or business.
- CIPS Level 4 Diploma or equivalent.
