The Role: Administrator
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full-time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm)
- Salary: 25,000 - 27,000

What You'll Be Doing:
✔ Handling maintenance issues - from the first call to final fix. ✔ Working with landlords, tenants & contractors - making sure everything runs smoothly. ✔ Staying organised - keeping maintenance records up to date. ✔ Ensuring quality & compliance - overseeing safety checks & contractor insurance. ✔ Managing invoices & payments - keeping finances in order. ✔ Tracking keys & inventory - making sure everything's accounted for. ✔ Providing top-notch support - via phone, email & online portals. ✔ Getting hands-on - supporting property viewings when needed. ✔ Helping the team succeed - contributing ideas & improving processes.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Admin experience (property experience is a bonus but not essential!).
- Strong communication skills - you'll be speaking to lots of people!
- Super organised - attention to detail is key.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset - no challenge is too big!
- A team-player attitude - we love working together & sharing ideas.
