Lead Sales Consultant
Location: Glenrothes
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time (flexible hours, weekend work required)
Salary: £31,200 pro-rata for part-time

As an authorised Euronics distributor, we're renowned for blending major brand reliability with exceptional service. We are now seeking a proactive and experienced Lead Sales Consultant to drive sales and customer engagement at our Glenrothes store.
Role Overview As Lead Sales Consultant, you will:
- Drive sales, achieving and exceeding KPIs.
- Provide expert advice and personalised customer service.
- Manage digital and in-store sales strategies efficiently.
Requirements
- Individuals with a strong background in retail sales, particularly in appliances or electronics, are highly preferred; however, this is not essential. Candidates with transferable skills from other retail sectors who demonstrate a capacity to learn quickly and a keen interest in our product range are also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency in IT and digital sales tools, with a strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and persuading customers.
- Must possess a valid driving licence and have own transport, as the role requires travel to meetings and other store locations.
