Through this exciting apprenticeship, you will gain technical knowledge about our manufacturing operations, learn data analysis skills, and deliver outstanding customer service. While working on-site, you will also complete a Professional Technical Development Programme, designed to give you the foundation to thrive in the construction and materials industry.   • Conduct product sampling and testing to ensure our products meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
  • Keep accurate records and analyse data to support product improvements.
  • Build relationships with customers, technical teams, and other departments.
  • Assist with investigations into customer complaints to identify solutions.
  • Tackle both indoor and outdoor tasks - it won't always be glamorous, but your safety is our top priority., Work to a tailored Individual Development Plan (IDP), supported by your Line Manager, to track your progress and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build core technical skills and knowledge about the mineral and construction products industry.

  • Additional Requirements
  • Qualifications: Scottish National 5 (N5) A-C in English and Maths are preferred, but Grade D or equivalent will also be considered, with additional support provided.
