Full Job Description
Murray Recruitment have an excellent ongoing contract opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a growing business based in South Lanarkshire that could lead to a permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for logging all data accurately, scheduling jobs efficiently, and ensuring smooth communication between teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Log and maintain accurate records of jobs, ensuring all data is up to date on portals.
- Schedule and coordinate jobs, liaising with clients and internal teams.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email, handling inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and update internal systems with job details and client information.
- Prepare reports and documentation as required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks to support the team.
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively.
Offering
- Salary DOE
- Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm
