Full Job Description

We're looking for a proactive, ambitious, and eager-to-learn individual to join our team as an apprentice. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills, and grow within an innovative and fast-paced industry.
If you're ready to learn, contribute, and build a bright future with us, apply today!, + Assist account managers with internal tasks, including preparing samples and managing tender enquiries.
+ Utilise CRM and ERP Epicor, becoming an expert in both platforms to support efficient workflows.
+ Host and manage quotes in Excel, ensuring documents are well-organised, updated, and formatted correctly.
+ Edit, tidy, and print important Excel documents as needed.
+ Generate high-quality sales literature using Adobe Express to support business development efforts.
+ Assist in implementing social media strategies by posting content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
+ Handle customer enquiries professionally over the phone and via email, providing excellent service and support.
+ Excellent communication skills - able to engage confidently with colleagues and customers.
+ Self-assured and proactive - not afraid to take initiative and contribute ideas.
+ Passionate about design and creativity - an interest in the industry is a bonus!
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel - comfortable handling data and documents.
+ Eager to learn and grow - a positive attitude towards developing new skills and knowledge., Progression opportunities: There is an opportunity to stay on upon successful completion of the apprenticeship programme, taking on further responsibility and progressing within the team. Starting with insights into your current potential, they plan your growth in a programmatic way, close skills gaps with immersive training and ensure what you learn is applicable to what you do. They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.
On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
