Full Job Description
Accounts Administrator, up to 28K DOE
P&L Recruitment are delighted to be working on an exclusive basis with a rapidly expanding company based in Glasgow, to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a permanent, full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company with excellent progression opportunities! The ideal candidate will be able to work independently as part of a small team.
Main duties:
- Reconciling payment certificates with invoices
- Compiling operations & maintenance manuals
- Updating of purchase orders
- Processing of AP invoices
- Logging & reconciliation of purchase ledger
- Weekly timesheet, payroll & sub-contractor certificate processing
- Compiling monthly payroll for submission
- Assist in scheduling and maintaining work calendar
- Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
- Organise and maintain physical and electronic file
- Tender process administration & project support
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handling inbound & outbound company mail & email
- Project document management
- Loading information into project management software
Main requirements:
- Previous accounts administration
- Good IT skills, including Excel
- Xero experience would be an advantage
- Strong team player
- Be able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
