Overview: 
We have an amazing opportunity for someone to join our team as a Letting Administrator Apprentice.  This would be a great way for someone to pursue a career in property. 

You will:

  • Become the super-user of our internal system SME
  • Work in a helpdesk environment, becoming the central point of contact for internal colleagues and also clients. 
  • Learn how to respond to viewing ticket requests, contacting clients, booking appointments and uploading electronically to the diary management system.
  • Develop your digital skills by learning to use the in-house software called Signable this system allows you to draw up tenancy documents to send to tenants online and you will be notified once this document has been signed which you will link to the client account on our bespoke database.
  • Update our website through the SME professional system.
  • Be the central point for clients and landlord, receiving phone calls and hosting meetings via Microsoft Teams. 
  • Utilise Vouch software for tenants’ applications.
  • Chase incoming references and applications to ensure client electronic files are whole and complete. 

Desired skills and attributes: 

  • Proficient with Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Customer service experience including telephone calls desirable
  • Keen and eager to learn 
  • Polite manner 

Essential: 
Having a full driving licence and your own vehicle would be beneficial - as the role involves travel to client sites. If you are learning / are in the process of getting your licence, this is suitable too.

Salary: 
£14,000 per annum.

Working week: 
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, 35hrs a week.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
