Full Job Description
Agent Performance: Monitor and manage agent conversion rates via Optus, ensuring optimal performance and proactively addressing any discrepancies.
Data Compliance: Ensure full compliance with data regulations, identifying potential risks and recommending solutions.
Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in developing and implementing strategies that drive profitability and business growth.
Operational Excellence: Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency across the business unit.
Customer Engagement: Ensure seamless delivery processes, including direct customer communication when necessary.
Market & Financial Analysis: Assess regional market variations to recommend best practices and maximise profitability.
Retention & Acquisition Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive customer retention and acquisition efforts.
Business Representation: Represent the Domestic division in internal and external meetings, providing insights and recommendations.
Performance Monitoring: Investigate trends, variances, and discrepancies, providing data-driven solutions to improve overall business performance.
Strong experience in sales & customer service management.
Proven ability to analyse data and develop actionable business strategies.
Experience working with suppliers and possessing strong negotiation skills.
High-level financial acumen with the ability to interpret and manage financial data effectively.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights and recommendations.
