Full Job Description
HR Advisor/Administrator
Location: Glasgow - office based
Salary: 30k - 35k+ depending on experience
Hours of work: Mon to Fri 8:30am - 4:30pm
Experience: Human Resources background
6 Month contract with possibility to become a permanent opportunity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
- Advising on recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Ensuring that the company follows regulations
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Providing guidance on company policies, ensuring consistency in applications
- Supporting managers in handling performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and improvement plans
- Advising on how to set clear performance expectations and providing feedback
- Assisting in the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs
- Providing guidance on salary structures and benefits packages
- Answering employee inquiries regarding payroll or benefits
- Maintaining employee records, ensuring compliance with data protection laws
- Assisting with on boarding new employees
- Managing time-off requests, sickness records, and leave management
