Full Job Description
- Service charge preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Working on new business opportunities
- Regular client reporting.
- Provision of advice in relation to lease events.
- Undertaking management inspections.
- Tenant liaison.
RICS qualified. - Self-motivated to meet and exceed client's expectations.
- Strong communicator with effective verbal and written skills.
- To promote the profile of the Property Management team.
- Act as a role model and mentor.
