Executive PA Support - Exciting Opportunity
Are you an experienced PA or Executive Assistant looking for a dynamic and fast-paced role? We are seeking a highly motivated individual to provide top-level executive support to the Executive Director and the Senior Leadership Team of one of our public sector clients based in Edinburgh.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and correspondence, liaising with senior managers and key stakeholders.
- Track actions and report on key initiatives from Executive Change and Action Boards.
- Provide high-level secretariat services, including meeting arrangements, minute-taking, and action tracking.
- Ensure deadlines are met and communications are effectively managed.
- Assist with ad-hoc projects and provide robust data analysis.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a PA or Executive Support role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven.
