Overview:
We are seeking 2 motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant Apprentices to join our Client Services and Legal Support departments.
As a Legal Assistant within our Client Services department, you will work as part of a team that provides legal support to our Private Client teams – Estate Planning, Trust Management and Bereavement or as Legal Assistant within our Legal Support department, you will work as part of a team that provides legal support to our Litigation, Family and Dispute Resolution Teams

Duties:
- Processing and scanning the incoming mail
- Printing and preparing outgoing mail
- Filing
- Diary management
- Liaising with and providing administration support for Client Services Advisors/Solictors & Case Handlers
- Working with the online case management system, keeping records up to date
- Mailbox management
- Making calls to clients/courts or other organisations
Required skills:
- The ability to work in a fast-paced, high turnover environment
- Effective communication skills, written and verbal
- A high level of attention to detail
- The ability to multi-task
- Excellent MS office skills
Salary: £15,660 per annum.
Working week: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
