Role Overview
- Provide excellent customer service over the phone, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or individual based on the nature of the inquiry.
- Assist customers with general inquiries, providing information about dealership services, hours of operation, and directions, as needed.
- Take messages accurately and relay them to the appropriate person in a timely manner.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and ensure prompt resolution of any issues.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records related to incoming calls and appointments.
- Handle dealership correspondence, including email and postal mail, in a timely and organised manner.
- Collaborate with other colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer inquiries and appointments.
- Assist colleagues with overflow tasks during busy periods as needed.
- Comply with all health and safety policies/practices, ensuring a safe and hazard free working environment is maintained at all times.
