Full Job Description
Join us as our Head of Employee Relations and lead a dynamic team during an exciting period of transformation within our People Directorate group. As a key member of our Senior HR Management team, reporting directly to a Deputy HR Director, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence our People Strategy. You will deliver exceptional service and drive innovative solutions to complex people management challenges. Building effective and collaborative relationships across COPFS, including with Senior Leaders and Trade Union colleagues, will be crucial to your success. We're looking for applicants who have a strong background in complex Employee Relations cases, leadership and stakeholder influence. Analytical skills, empathy and a trauma informed approach will be essential.
